Pick up Policy

All items purchased at www.hbdepot.ca can be picked up from our warehouse at:

Pickup is only available after receiving confirmation that your order is ready. Confirmation will be sent to your email.
 

Shipping rates with our transportation:

Shipping rates from Canada Post and UPS are automatically calculated based on the distance and weight of the goods.

We also offer delivery through our own transportation service, HBDepot, ensuring timely and secure delivery of your order.

All distances for our delivery service are calculated from the following address: 7250 Keele Street, 282, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 1Z8, Canada.

  • Within 10 kilometers from our address — the shipping cost is $100 CA.
  • Within 20 kilometers from our address — the shipping cost is $150 CA.
  • Within 30 kilometers from our address — the shipping cost is $200 CA.
  • Within 40 kilometers from our address — the shipping cost is $250 CA.
  • Within 160 kilometers from our address — the shipping cost is $300 CA.

Delivery Terms:

We provide delivery service to your doorstep and can leave the item within 3 meters of the entrance. Please note that our staff does not bring the item inside the premises. If you require the item to be brought inside your home or apartment, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of providing this service and to determine the associated cost. We always strive to meet our customers' needs and are ready to consider your individual requests to make the delivery process as convenient as possible for you.


Delivery Process:

Damages and Shortages

For order delivery, we collaborate with leading logistics companies, ensuring each shipment is insured to protect against unforeseen circumstances. However, it is important to emphasize that the responsibility for the initial inspection of the delivered goods before signing the acceptance documents rests with the client.

Upon receiving your order, please take the time to thoroughly inspect the goods for compliance with the specified characteristics and the presence of possible damages. In case of detection of defects or damages, it is imperative to immediately document them in the delivery form, indicating that the goods were received in a damaged condition, with a detailed description of the identified problems. This is a mandatory condition for making claims to the logistics company for compensation for damaged goods.

Please note that signing the acceptance documents without prior inspection of the goods automatically transfers all responsibility for possible damages to the client, excluding the possibility of making claims against the logistics company in the future.

Furthermore, please be advised that our company does not bear responsibility for the delivery process. While we ensure that every shipment is insured and we choose reliable logistics partners, the delivery process itself, including any delays or handling by the delivery personnel, falls outside our direct control.

International Shipping:

At this time, Hbdepot  only ships within Canada. We do not offer international shipping. However, we are continuously exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future to serve customers worldwide.

A little pricey. Some of the screws were loose. The knobs and handles are really cheap material. Mine was missing one knob and the bottom sides had visivle scratches and scuffs..home depot saved the day!

We were told item would be available for pick up Sunday. We went Monday and not at the Concord location. Went to the warehouse to pick it up. Was given the dirtiest counter, shoe foot prints all over. I asked the employee why is it so filthy and was told the employee had to step on it at times to get it fitted with the sink. Unacceptable. I had to call the representative at Concord location to have them deal this. The same employee then came out with a rag and spray to clean it off. All in the meantime, it’s loaded in my vehicle. Unprofessional and no care to the customer. Very disappointed.
